Pack of 3 Cleansing Balm

It definitely did remove makeup well but I heard the claim that it does not stings the eye when used on eyes to remove eye makeup but for me it get very difficult to remover eye makeup as it literally stings a lott and I guess the makeup on face gets removed quite easily but the eye makeup is the toughest to remove for which I ordered this product but what’s the point if it is hurting this much. I would have rather invested in rose petal melt cleanser or some other makeup remove because the pain caused by it is unbearable and it’s not only me other family members of mine also tried it but they also faced the same issue.
