1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever occurs first.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.
Refunds are only applicable if:
• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong item from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Shipping Policy
Once you place an order, it will be shipped within 24–48 hours and delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
